I thoroughly enjoyed how comfy and incredible the room was. The location was excellent and particularly good, close enough to the exhibition centre. It also was very close to the bus station.

Facilities were excellent, nevertheless Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

I had an emergency during my stay at Kaya Istanbul Fair & Convention Hotel and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. They quickly arranged transportation to the hospital, stayed by my side throughout my operation, and even upgraded my room to the Executive King Suite. The level of care and attention I received was truly exceptional. The hotel's location next to the exhibition center was also very convenient. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Classical example of a big hotel chain, great if you have work near by, but not suitable for a quick visit at Istanbul.

I wouldn't recommend using the internet service. Too expensive and far too slow...

Breakfast was great!

Very economical use of towels. Most of them were missing.

The location, sea view, and city view were perfect. The manager and team members were very good and upgraded my room without any issue. The staff was professional, friendly, and went the extra mile to make guests happy. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and taste. Highly recommend staying at Kaya Ramada.

Fantastic breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Turkish and western items, along with juices, coffee, and tea. The spa services, including the hamam and massage, were of excellent quality and great value. The salon did a great job with my hair and eyebrows. Convenient amenities like 24/7 room service and assistance with taxi services. Amazing view from the restaurant on the 28th floor. The room itself was spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for business and exhibition purposes.

It was just an ok hotel

IT is mainly a business hotel geart for the conference centre but that about it.

Location close to TUYAP exhibition centre.

Too far out of Istanbul city centre. Over an hour by bus away.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering its close proximity to the Tuyap convention center where I was attending a trade show. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the impeccable service to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

Everything was more than satisfactory.

Excellent location adjacent to exhibition hall. Delicious breakfast. Pleasant lobby and sitting area in the yard. Attentive staff, especially the helpful front desk team. one of my best recent stays.

The a twin room was quiet, amazing, with a fairly clean bathroom. The location was prime, close to Endem tv Tower. Moreover, it's close enough to one of the biggest garden in Istanbul and Istanbul for the FINA Swimming Coaches Clinic and Turkey because of the passport validation.
